ABOUT THE PROJECT

Jewelry designer and CEO of chip + chisel Lindsy Fagan hired us to help her move her Squarespace store to Shopify. Lindsy wanted to keep her feminine and minimalist aesthetic while taking advantage of the features Shopify has to offer for e-commerce.

While moving her jewelry business website to the Shopify platform we were focused on a few key functions and details while migrating her store.

• We need to have the ability to create an in-depth sidebar menu to help customers navigate her large catalog.
• We need to ensure all products were able to be customized and the customization forms from Squarespace were moved over individually. 
• We wanted to integrate an app to request reviews from her customers after they made a purchase.
• We wanted to keep the same shipping and checkout options she was using.

PROCESS DETAILS

Every project we do starts with our Style + Set Up Package. For chip + chisel, we also added on a few more tasks to help her fully migrate to the Shopify platform. For this project we included the additional add-on services. 

• Additional page design - we design several additional landing page for the about page, permeant jewelry, etc. 
• Email service migration and template design - we helped Lindsy move her email service from Flodesk to Klaviyo to give her better automations. We created email templates inside of Klaviyo to help her keep the beautiful design functions she loved about Flodesk. 
• Product Listing + Order Migration - we moved all the the past orders, customer data and current product listings from Squarepace to Shopify.
• We integrated several apps including one for automated reviews, product customizations, and customer rewards.
